Job Description
We are currently looking for a foreman electrician to help our company grow and continue to provide quality electrical services for our loyal contractors. Our work is local to the Hamilton and Missoula areas.
We are seeking a foreman who is self-motivated and experienced in managing team members in residential, commercial and light industrial electrical systems installation. This open position requires someone who is detail and customer oriented with strong leadership skills.

Compensation:
$33-35/hour, depending on experience
Skills / Responsibilities:
-
Must be able to manage a team of up to 10 employees, evaluate employees' progress, train new team members.

Must attend meetings, identify conflicts, and resolve problems.

Organizing and planning a construction project, directing work, inspecting installations for quality, making sure code standards are met, and ensuring job safety.

Must be willing and able to perform physical activities including but not limited to heavy lifting (up to 50lbs), standing for long periods of time, climbing up and down ladders.

Must be willing and able to follow all safety rules and regulations including wearing Personal Protective Equipment.

Must be able to read and interpret mechanical, architectural and electrical drawings and code specifications for determining wiring layouts, devices, run conduit, etc.

Must be able to run various types of raceway and cable tray systems.

Must be able to cut, bend and install electrical conduit and conduit materials as well as effectively pull wire through conduit.

Must be able to terminate electrical panels, set fixtures, outlets, and various electrical devices.

Must be able to understand and comply with OSHA rules and regulations.

Must be able to work independently.

Must be able to complete work orders, time sheets and have computer experience.
Minimum Qualifications:

Valid Montana Journeyman Electrician Card
-
Experience in all phases of electrical work including but not limited to rough wiring, wiring of fixtures and equipment, wiring of power distribution including voltages up to 480 volts, layout and installation of conduit and electrical devices

Good Motor Vehicle Report: Valid driver's license
